Red Velvet Cookie Bar

Tor's favourite! This is our take on a red velvet cake, but in cookie form.
Red velvet dough is chocolatey with a hint of vanilla and white chocolate chunks and we have filled it with a smooth white chocolate filling - Just delicious!
