Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Bar

A new addition to our dairy free menu, which has been a huge hit!
We've sandwiched a thick layer of smooth peanut butter and Oreo biscuits between our dark chocolate chunk cookie dough and I've even sprinkled Oreo crumb ontop - it's super thicc and it's delicious!
